Muscle Building Stack Recommended Use

Gakic:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (8 caplets) up to 45 minutes before a high-intensity workout.

Leukic:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (6 caplets) first thing in the morning. On workout days, take 1 serving immediately before your workout. For extreme results, take twice a day.

Creakic:
As a dietary supplement, take 2 servings (each serving consisting of 3 caplets with an 8 oz. glass of water) daily. On workout days, take one serving in the morning and the other immediately after your workout. On non-workout days, take one serving in the morning and the other anytime during the day.
